Your complete satisfaction is our top priority and we take great care to ensure that your Gobble Green order arrives in excellent condition. Below are FAQ about our shipping policies and procedures.

Where Does Gobble Green Ship?

Gobble Green ships orders to all addresses within the United States.

Please note that we do not ship orders to APO/FPO, PMB and P.O. Boxes. 

Minimum Order Policy

Our minimum order policy is $25.00

Shipping Schedule

If your order is placed Saturday before 5:00pm PST, your products will ship out on the same week with the exception of group buy voucher redemptions which may take up to two weeks. If you have not received a shipping notification within two weeks of placing your order please call us at 1-800-684-7618 so we can track your order.

Regular orders placed Monday-Saturday will ship the following week.
Shipping may be restricted due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you have a question about your shipment, please contact us via email at info@gobblegreen.com and we will address your concern promptly. 

We do not ship on weeks in which a FedEx Holiday will delay shipment to the point that it could ruin or completely defrost our items. The Mondays we will not be shipping are 11/19/12 (Thanksgiving), 12/24/12 (Christmas), and 12/31/2012.

Our Packaging

Each Gobble Green order is packaged in an insulated, environmentally friendly shipping container with dry ice to keep the contents cold during transit. Depending on your location there may be a $5-$15 handling fee for this dry ice. It will be reflected in the shopping cart at checkout. The foam we use is 100% recycled EPS foam and it can in turn be 100% recycled. To find a recycling center near you and learn more about EPS follow this link.

Returns & Exchanges

If Gobble Green sends you an incorrect a la cart order, we will issue store credit for the product in question.In the event that your items are thawed beyond safely consuming, packages are broken or some there is some other problem with the order then please take a picture of the items so that we can replace them. As there is no way for you to return them to us frozen, we ask that you provide some kind of evidence to back up your claim of a problem with the order.

Liability 

Gobble Green is not responsible for delays or delivery problems that are a result of the shipping company’s operations, issues with customs, or for problems that may arise if the shipping address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect.

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Gobble Green is ceasing all international shipping. Due to an overwhelming
increase in US orders, we need to establish additional shipping facilities
in order to service clients in Canada and the UK again. We know that this
is a total bummer for our loyal international clients and are so sorry that
our company’s rapid growth has interfered with our ability to provide you
with vegan cuisine. We hope that you will come back and Gobble Green
again when we are better able to accommodate your business. While our
food service is no longer accessible in your areas, please do continue to
take advantage of The Gym (www.gobblegreengym.com), which is a global
network tool promoting optimal vegan fitness.

Gobble Green no longer offers local pick-up. However, we do deliver free of charge to anywhere in Los Angeles.
